The was very clean and welcoming. Right from the entrance to the state of the rooms. Really good power shower with hot water galore. The extras such as iron, ironing board extra fan heater and aircon were really thoughtful . Fresh linen and good quality clipper tea bags available. I was happy to find a fridge as I didn’t expect it. I already knew that there was no restaurant on site, however the cafes outside the hotel had excellent service and great food. I made other arrangements to park my car as I knew there was limited parking at the hotel and being off a busy road I felt more comfortable doing this. The hotel is served well by buses and trains with just a two minute walk to the bus stop and around five minutes leisure walk to the nearest tube station. Though our room was close to the road, we hardly heard the road noise and the black out curtains worked a treat. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 full days. The hotel is good and met our expectations. The hotel staff is friendly and I would especially mention the receptionist BUSHRA who was friendly, helpful and charming The location of the hotel is very good, 200 meters from the Piccadilly metro line. Near the hotel is a great Italian restaurant at good prices called Villa Toscana. Of course recommended by BUSHRA. The Ealing Broadway neighborhood center is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. There are many shops, restaurants and another metro station there. Next to the hotel there is also bus 483 to the large Wembley outlet. Avraham Schweitzer. Israel

Clean rooms and nice to have tea and coffee, cold milk and cold water and toiletries. Staff amazingly welcoming and lovely. Was quite nervous reading some of these recent reviews but honestly can’t understand it. Yeah, some places of room and hotel a little tired but all clean and perfectly functional, especially given this is a boutique hotel with small number of rooms. Absolute bargain given distance to central london. Shame no breakfast options but would 100% recommend local coffee place 1 min walk away

We’ve stayed here before, it’s so convenient. Really easy to get to straight off the motorway. Excellent access to tube services getting you everywhere you need to go. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are excellent and the rooms are lovely. This time we opted for a budget room but it was just as nice as our previous room. Slightly smaller but the decoration etc was still lovely. I hadn’t noticed last time that there was a beautiful big garden with a lovely covered seating area.

Liked the location on Hanger Lane as it was a few minutes walk to North Ealing tube and easy to drive to. Power shower and cute toiletries, comfy bed and soft bed linen, Nespresso machine, blackout blinds, and little heater all ticked boxes for us. I liked the dinkiness of the budget double room. We got upgraded to a garden view 😍 also we liked the chocolate bowl at Reception and the lounge area. Friendly staff🙂
